All items are handmade, and our processing time is typically 2-3 weeks before shipping. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect selections.

Crochet handmade items may have slight differences from the mockup, including small variations in color, shape, or details. We believe this is part of the charm and beauty of handmade work, making each piece unique and special.

3. When We Can Help

We are always happy to help if something is wrong on our end. This includes:

• The item arrives damaged
• You receive the wrong item
• The item is significantly different from the description

Please contact us at contact@tinystitchy.com within 7 days of delivery, and include clear photos plus a short description of the issue.

4. Resolution

Depending on the situation, we may offer:

• A replacement
• Or a refund

• Change of mind after delivery
• Minor differences due to the handmade nature of the product
