Hi, I am Luna. I make every TinyStitchy piece by hand, and I truly want you to feel happy with your order. If something does not feel right, I am always here to help you in a gentle and personal way.

Returns

I accept returns within 30 days after your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, your item should be:

• unused
• in the same condition as when it arrived
• in its original packaging when possible

Refunds

Once I receive your return and check that everything is in the original condition, I will process your refund as soon as possible.

Refunds will be sent back to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

• used items
• items damaged after delivery
• custom or personalized items, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect

If Something Is Wrong With Your Order

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or something feels off, please email me first with your order number and a few clear photos. I will personally look into it and do my best to take care of the problem for you.

Before Sending Anything Back

Please do not send your item back before contacting me. A quick message first helps me guide you to the best solution and makes the process much easier and smoother for both of us.

Every TinyStitchy piece is handmade slowly and carefully by me. Small variations are a natural part of handmade work, and I truly hope you can feel the warmth and care in every stitch.
