Shipping Policy

Every TinyStitchy item is handmade to order. The processing and delivery estimates below explain when your order is made, dispatched, and expected to arrive.

Where orders ship from

TinyStitchy products are handmade, checked, packed, and dispatched from our fulfillment location in Hanoi, Vietnam. TinyStitchy is operated by Ecogreen Home LLC, and its approved United States returns address is separate from the dispatch location. Do not send a return until TinyStitchy has approved the claim and provided instructions.

Shipping destinations

We currently accept and ship orders only to delivery addresses within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Handmade processing time

Please allow approximately 1-2 weeks after payment confirmation for us to make, check, and prepare your order before dispatch. Processing can take slightly longer during busy periods or for larger orders.

Shipping time

After dispatch, estimated transit time within the United States is 8–10 business days. Transit estimates begin when the carrier accepts the package and do not include the handmade processing period. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Total estimated delivery time

• Handmade processing: approximately 1-2 weeks
• US shipping transit: approximately 8-10 business days
• Total estimated time: approximately 2-4 weeks

Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. Carrier disruptions, severe weather, holidays, or address issues can affect delivery.

Shipping charge

Standard shipping to the United States is currently $4.95 USD. The final shipping charge is displayed at checkout before payment.

Tracking

When your order is dispatched, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Tracking can take a short time to update after the carrier receives the package.

Address changes and order updates

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us as soon as possible if an address or order detail needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee a change after production or fulfillment has begun.
