These Terms of Service apply when you visit tinystitchy.com or purchase from TinyStitchy. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Business information

TinyStitchy is a handmade crochet brand operated by Ecogreen Home LLC. Products are handmade and dispatched from Hanoi, Vietnam. Our legal business, customer service, mailing, and approved returns address is in Albuquerque, New Mexico, United States. 2. Handmade products

TinyStitchy items are handmade to order. Small differences in stitching, shape, placement, or color can occur and are part of the handmade process. Product descriptions, images, dimensions, available options, and prices are provided to help you make an informed purchase.

3. Orders, processing, changes, and cancellation

An order is accepted after payment is successfully processed and we confirm the order. Handmade processing normally takes approximately 1–2 weeks. Please review the product, selected option, quantity, delivery address, and contact information before placing an order.

Contact us as soon as possible if an order detail needs to be corrected or if you want to request cancellation. A change or cancellation cannot be guaranteed after production or fulfillment has begun. Any approved cancellation is refunded to the original payment method.

4. Prices, payment, taxes, and shipping charges

Prices are displayed in USD. Available payment methods are shown at checkout and are processed securely through Shopify and its supported payment providers. Applicable taxes and the current shipping charge are shown before payment. Standard US shipping is currently $4.95 USD.

5. Shipping

We currently ship only to addresses within the United States. After the 1–2 week handmade processing period, estimated transit time is approximately 8–10 business days. The estimated total time from order confirmation to delivery is approximately 2–4 weeks. Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. Full details are available in our Shipping Policy.

6. Returns, replacements, and refunds

We accept claims for items that arrive with a manufacturing defect or when an incorrect item is sent. Contact us within 30 days after carrier tracking shows delivery. TinyStitchy covers approved return shipping costs. Eligible customers may choose a replacement or a refund to the original payment method. 7. Complimentary mystery gift

Each paid order currently includes one complimentary handmade mystery gift while supplies last. No code is required. The gift is selected by TinyStitchy, has no cash alternative, and is not eligible for return or exchange unless it arrives defective. This offer can be changed or withdrawn for future orders without affecting orders already accepted.

8. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, TinyStitchy owns or is authorized to use the designs, photographs, text, graphics, branding, and other content on this website. You may not reproduce or commercially use this content without written permission.

9. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, or use the website for unlawful purposes.

10. Privacy

How we collect, use, and protect personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, TinyStitchy is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies from its stated last-updated date.
