Eligibility

TinyStitchy accepts return requests only when an item arrives with a manufacturing defect or when we send an incorrect item. You must contact us within 30 days after carrier tracking shows the order as delivered.

We do not accept returns for change of mind, an incorrectly selected size, normal handmade variations, or items damaged through use or after delivery. Custom or personalized products remain eligible if they arrive defective or incorrect.

How to request a return

  1. Email Contact@tinystitchy.com or send an SMS to +1 (307) 735-3856 within the 30-day eligibility period.
  2. Include your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photos showing the item and packaging.
  3. Wait for our approval and return instructions before sending anything back.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return shipping cost

TinyStitchy covers the approved return shipping cost for defective or incorrect items. We will provide return instructions after reviewing your request. Customers will not be charged a return shipping fee for an approved claim.

Replacement or refund

For an approved defective or incorrect item, you may choose a replacement or a refund to the original payment method. If a return is required, we will issue the refund within 10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the credit.

Handmade variations

Each TinyStitchy item is handmade. Small differences in stitching, shape, placement, or color may occur and are not considered manufacturing defects when the item otherwise matches its product description.
