Patchwork Pudding Kitty - Handmade Crochet Calico Cat Basket

I made this one because I wanted to play with color a little more.

So I split the face into three tones, like a calico pattern.
It took a bit of time to get the balance right, but I liked that part.

The basket was simple, just something warm to hold everything together.

Then I added the trailing leaves.
They’re shaped like small hearts, and I let them fall unevenly so it feels more natural.

The cat came last.
I kept the expression simple this time, just calm and steady.

When it was done, it felt a bit more playful than I expected.
Not too bright, but not too quiet either.
