Misty Little Button - Handmade Crochet Gray Tabby Cat Basket

I made this one because I wanted to try something softer with a bit of movement.

So I chose a small grey tabby this time.
I like the subtle stripes — they make the face feel a little more alive.

The basket was simple, just a quiet base to hold everything together.

Then I worked on the flowers.
They’re inspired by wisteria, so I let them hang down in loose clusters instead of keeping them too neat.

That part took patience, but I really enjoyed watching them build up layer by layer.

When I placed the cat on top, it felt balanced in a different way.
A little playful, but still calm.

I like how this one moves slightly when it hangs.
It makes the whole piece feel lighter.
